I am so sorry to hear of Alex’s passing, our connection goes back to our Gambo days. My brother Bill and Alec were Alter boys together during Father Cullen’s time at our Gambo Church. In 1957 Alec and I worked together at the C.N.T office located at the old Terminal in Gander. It was a real Gambo connection, Alec was the Operator, I was the Equipment Technician and Leo (Bruds) Green was the Messenger on duty. They were such wonderful times, good happy times and we were paid for it as well.
